We experienced a system glitch from October 4th 2023- January 9th 2024 where some of our orders were not showing up in our account. In turn we were not being notified. We contacted support many times and looks like its finally been resolved. In the meantime though we accrued some not soo nice feedback from buyers affected.

We are in the process of getting Support to appeal and try to get most removed because of system glitch which was out of our control.
