A 1st Lieutenant in Company K, 20th Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry. A rare first edition with even more rare map, the original, not the reprint often seen. Maroon cover with gilt lettering. Cover with light rubbing and fading at spine.

Notable separation at block between end of text and map, as is common due to thickness of map. Tape repair looks to have been attempted at this spot at one point, fairly unsuccessfully.
