History of the 104th Pennsylvania Regiment - William Davis - 1866. A rare Civil War first edition. Actual photo of Davis pasted in, with his signature.

Book signed on EP by previous owner, Margaret Davis, the author's daughter. Book in custom binding with 3/4 leather, marbled covers, and gilt lettering. Some wear and rubbing to cover.

Cracking of leather at hinges. Some staining at top edge, minor in area but affecting much of book. Some ripping near page with pasted in photo, likely due to imprecise glue use. A wonderful title with unmatched provenance.
