Rare 76th PA Keystone Zouave Tintype tinted 1862/3, 3 5/8 high x 2 5/8 wide

  

This tintype is in a split case. The case measures 4 3/4" high x 3 5/8" wide. It shows a Keystone Zouave with sky blue zouave pants, a dark blue jacket and red trip with a dark blue fez. He is wearing white gaiters. Although the image is a little dark, it shows the soldier in full uniform.

The hooks for the case are present and can still be hooked. This is a beautiful period photograph. Understand that this is a tintype, not an ambrotype or a daguerreotype.
